Refund policy

Strictly No Exchange/Refunds after Eid!

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you haveĀ 7 days after receiving your item to return your order back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info(at)amaani.co.zaĀ or via WhatsApp on 0742622642. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping the item back to us needs to be covered by you.Ā The customer may useĀ their own courier or weĀ can arrangeĀ our courier to haveĀ it collectedĀ from you. The cost for the collection will be calculated depending on your area and will need to be covered by the customer. Once received, the garments will be inspected and a refund will be processed accordingly.Ā 

ShippingĀ Fees are Non Refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will exchange your product if found detective and if you have contacted us within 7 days of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products/perfumes). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perfumes or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We understand that ordering clothing online can be a bit tricky especially with sizing. We do offer exchanges so long as its within 7 days of purchase, unused, unwashed, with its original packaging and tags. The customer will need to cover the shipping costs to send out the old oneĀ as well as the new one. We can arrange the collection and delivery to you for the exchange. Exchange Costs will be calculated for you and may vary from different areas. You can contact us on WhatsApp on 0742622642 for any further assistance.Ā 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
